Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New Items<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returnable within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be <strong>unused<\/strong>, in original condition and packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Used \/ Refurbished Items<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returnable within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be returned in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> as received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cannot accept returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items damaged by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing parts or accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accidental or physical damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper handling or misuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>xxx@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the item (if faulty)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for approval and return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> via the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be issued via the <strong>original payment method<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
