These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made through HyperLink Electronics.
1. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information is correct
- You agree to the product condition listed (New/Used)
- You authorize the payment
We may cancel orders suspected of fraud.
2. Product Condition
We sell:
- New products
- Used & refurbished items (conditions described in listing)
Used items may show minor cosmetic wear.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in AUD/USD/GBP/CAD depending on your region.
We accept:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Card
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Customer is responsible for:
- Import tax
- VAT/GST
- Customs duties
(unless stated otherwise on the product page)
4. Shipping
We ship to:
- Australia
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
Shipping times depend on the carrier.
Delays caused by customs or carriers are not our responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
New Items
- 30-day return policy (unused condition)
Used/Refurbished Items
- 14-day return policy
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item arrives faulty
Not eligible for return
- Items damaged by the buyer
- Software issues
- Accidental damage or misuse
Refunds are processed once the item is returned and inspected.
6. Warranty
Unless stated:
- New items follow manufacturer warranty
- Used items include a 90-day limited hardware warranty
Warranty does not cover: - Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Software issues
- Unauthorized repairs
7. Data Loss Notice
HyperLink Electronics is not responsible for data loss on used devices.
Customers should back up data immediately after receiving the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including:
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Missed work or downtime
