At HyperLink Electronics, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing new or used electronics from us. This page explains our return, refund, and data loss policies.
1. Return Eligibility
New Items
- Returnable within 30 days of delivery
- Must be unused, in original condition and packaging
Used / Refurbished Items
- Returnable within 14 days of delivery
- Must be returned in the same condition as received
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged by the customer
- Missing parts or accessories
- Software issues
- Accidental or physical damage
- Water damage
- Improper handling or misuse
3. Refund Process
- Email us at xxx@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if faulty)
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Data Loss Notice (Used Devices)
Used and refurbished devices may contain previous storage components.
HyperLink Electronics is not responsible for any data loss after purchase.
Please back up your data immediately after receiving your device.
5. Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
