Every computer we sell goes through a consistent, professional 5-step testing process to make sure it performs reliably.
Below is the exact process we follow to check for issues before any device is listed for sale.

We begin by checking the exterior and internal components for physical issues.

What we look for:

  • Cracks, dents, or damaged casing
  • Missing screws or bent ports
  • USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, audio jack functionality
  • RAM and storage seating
  • Dust buildup inside fans or cooling areas

If anything is damaged or worn, it is repaired, replaced, or documented in the product listing.

After inspection, every PC is cleaned inside and out.

  • Full dust removal using air pressure & brushes
