Our Testing & Quality Assurance Process

Every computer we sell goes through a consistent, professional 5-step testing process to make sure it performs reliably.
Below is the exact process we follow to check for issues before any device is listed for sale.

✅ 1. Physical Inspection

We begin by checking the exterior and internal components for physical issues.

What we look for:

  • Cracks, dents, or damaged casing
  • Missing screws or bent ports
  • USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, audio jack functionality
  • RAM and storage seating
  • Dust buildup inside fans or cooling areas

If anything is damaged or worn, it is repaired, replaced, or documented in the product listing.

🧼 2. Cleaning & Dust Removal

After inspection, every PC is cleaned inside and out.

Includes:

  • Full dust removal using air pressure & brushes
  • Thermal paste refresh (if required)
  • Surface cleaning and sanitisation
  • Fan & heatsink cleaning

This ensures the machine runs cooler and lasts longer.

⚡ 3. Hardware Testing (Component Diagnosis)

Each major component is tested individually using trusted diagnostic tools.

We test:

  • CPU → Stability & temperature
  • RAM → Memory errors or instability
  • Storage → SSD/HDD health, read/write speed, bad sectors
  • GPU (if included) → Temperature, frame rendering, stability
  • Motherboard → Port checks, BIOS stability, sensor readings

🚀 4. Performance & Stability Stress Testing

We simulate real-world use to make sure the computer performs under load.

Tests performed:

  • CPU stress test (10–20 minutes)
  • GPU stress test (if applicable)
  • Multitasking check
  • Boot time test
  • Fan speed & temperature monitoring

Any overheating or throttling issues are fixed before selling.

💻 5. Software Setup & Final Quality Check

Before listing the PC for sale, we complete the final steps:

We ensure:

  • Operating system is freshly installed
  • Drivers are updated
  • BIOS settings are optimized
  • All ports (USB, HDMI, audio, ethernet) are working
  • WiFi & Bluetooth are tested (if included)
  • Benchmarks meet expected performance

Every system is run for at least 30–60 minutes to confirm full stability.
